My cares- How to maintain the health of pregnant mothers and their babies 


Women who are pregnant must take care of her and the unborn baby, because when the mother is healthy then the baby will be born healthy will participate.


Some of these things can be done to maintain the health of pregnant women: 

1. Check the regular prenatal doctor
a. Immediately consult a doctor pregnancy routine to determine the development of the unborn baby.
b. Measure the height, arm circumference and body weight when you first see a gynecologist in order to monitor any developments every month baby in the womb.
c. Drink the blood booster medicine regularly as recommended by doctors.

2. Maintain cleanliness of the body Shower 2 times a day regularly and brush your teeth after the meal and before bed

3. Eat nutritious foods for pregnant women Eat a balanced diet pattern and no food for pregnant women for not containing alcohol, while drinks should not be taken by pregnant women is beralcohol and air soda drinks.




4. Get enough rest When pregnant women reduce the activity or heavy work for a lot of events that leads to miscarriage in pregnant women because of the fatigue factor less rest, try to lie down during the day for 1 hour and during sleep using a tilted position.

5. Do a pregnancy exercise At 7-9 month gestation period is recommended for routine pregnancy gymnastics in order to help facilitate the process of giving birth normally.

6.
